1. Who we are

Pearl International Marketing LLC ("Pearl", "we") is a marketing and talent agency operating in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. 2. Information we collect

• Talent applications: name, email, phone number (optional), city, disciplines, biography, social and portfolio links, and the photos you submit through the Apply form.
• Talent accounts: login email and profile information for approved talent who sign in to manage their profile, including the profile changes and photos they submit for review.
• Contact and booking inquiries: name, email, phone number (optional), the talent or service you ask about, and your message, submitted through the Contact form.
• Technical data: essential logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site. Our own application logs record event codes and record numbers, not the contents of your submissions.

3. How we use it

• To review applications and, if approved, create and publish a talent profile with your consent.
• To operate talent accounts, respond to inquiries, and arrange bookings.
• To send transactional emails (account invitations, application status, profile updates). We do not sell personal information.
• To protect the site and our forms against spam and abuse.

4. Security and abuse prevention

To limit how often our public forms can be used, we count submissions per network address. We do not store your IP address for this: it is converted with a keyed one-way hash (HMAC-SHA256), and only that hash, a counter and a time window are kept. For IPv6 addresses the network prefix is used. Counters are removed automatically after their window ends (at most 24 hours).

To limit how many automatic emails can be sent to one address, we count messages per recipient using a keyed hash of the email address in the same way, never the address itself.

Staff actions on applications, talent profiles and inquiries are recorded in an internal audit log (who acted, what changed, and when) that cannot be edited.

5. Photos

Photos you upload are checked, re-encoded to the WebP image format and resized to at most 2,000 pixels. Embedded metadata, such as camera details and location (EXIF, ICC and XMP data), is removed in the process. Photos are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible; pages show them only through short-lived signed links. Application photos are visible only to Pearl staff; photos of approved talent appear on the public profile once it is published.

6. Where it is stored

Data is stored with our service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

7. Emails we send

We send transactional emails through Resend: an acknowledgement when you apply, the outcome of your application, an invitation to set up your talent account, and the outcome of profile changes you submit. We do not send marketing emails.

Pearl staff receive an email notification for each new application (name, disciplines, city and number of photos — never the photos, phone number or biography) and for each inquiry (name, email, phone number if given, topic and message).

8. Public profiles

If your application is approved and you agree to representation, your talent profile (name, photos, category, statistics, and biography) is published on our public roster with your consent. You can request changes or removal at any time from your talent portal or by contacting us.

9. Retention

Applications that are not approved are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Talent profile data is retained while you are represented by Pearl and removed on request when representation ends. Inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months. 10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. 11. Children
